    Freediving is an ancient discipline where you learn to know your body perfectly, to manage your thoughts and mind.

    Underwater Academy organizes PADI Freediving courses from first level up to Freediver Instructors. Our courses are held in various locations in Italy and Malta.

    Beyond the course, Freediving is a discipline that requires consistency in training and for this reason, with our PADI certified Instructors, we also organize training sessions or athletic preparation to improve performance in static and dynamic freediving

    Mermaid

    What is the Mermaid? it is a fantastic sporting discipline that includes both freediving and swimming. Mermaid is a sport suitable for everyone, both children and adults, with the PADI Mermaid courses, we teach you to swim, float in the water just like a little mermaid, using the mono-fin.
