Academic Path:
Adapting dive planning to lower environmental pressure is a key part of the course.
During two dives, you will learn:
- The planning, organization, procedures, and techniques of altitude diving.
- How to adjust your dive computer for altitude diving or how to calculate dive profiles using the RDP Table or eRDPMLTM.
- How to avoid altitude-related problems and, if they occur, how to handle emergency situations.
Get credit! The first dive of this PADI Specialty course can be credited as an Adventure Dive towards your Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
Equipment You Will Use:
In addition to basic equipment, a dry suit may be required for cold water.
